JRRD is a proud supporter of the National Veterans Creative Arts Festival and its participants. Annually, the Journal features artwork chosen from the special recognition categories. Participants in these categories have demonstrated extraordinary artistic expression in spite of physical or psychological limitations.

My staff and I wish to thank the featured artists for allowing the use of their artwork, as it has greatly improved the visual appeal of the Journal. It is an honor and privilege for the Journal to be associated with art of such high quality.
